The Beijing Carton Factory is a specialized manufacturer of corrugated cardboard box with a history of more than 50 years. And it is mainly engaged in the manufacture of 1-4 colored model A, B and AB corrugated box for domestic and export packaging and it has the ability to add pattern in the box body and to undergo moisture proof treatment. As a state medium-sized 1st class enterprise, the Factory has 200 employees including an engineering staff of 37.
In 1997,the Factory made an investment of 140 million yuan to build a new manufacturing plant at the Daxin Industrial & Development Zone which is convenient in traffic access and complete in auxiliary facilities. With an occupied area of 50,000 Sq. m.. ,the covered area of the new plant is 24,000 Sq. m. The new plant has imported many automatic production facilities with advanced technology of 90’s to manufacture cardboard, cardboard box and colored box, many of these facilities are first time in China to import.
When the new plant put into operation in 1998,it had 1 automatic production lines of corrugated cardboard , 5 production lines of multi-color cardboard box printing and forming, 2 die-cutting machines and several auxiliary equipments, and its annual production capacity was 30 million Sq. m. The plate-making center and the measuring and testing center set up by the new plant are equipped with the advanced printing design system, flexible plate-making system and the measuring and testing system for raw material, semi finished products and final finished products inspection so as to guarantee the production of high quality cardboard and cardboard box. For many years, the Factory has consistently carried out the principle of “quality first and priority is given to customers” and the quality of its products has always ranked the first places among the same trade in China, the Factory has been designated by the Beijing Commodity Inspection Bureau as the manufacturer of packaging box for export commodity and dangerous goods.
